Is the Daily Progression Book only for football players?

While the ‘Football Edition’ contains specific elements tailored for footballers, the methodology behind the book (tracking daily progress, goal setting, and reflection) is suitable for any athlete or high-performer looking to take their discipline to the next level.

Pre-orders

How does a pre-order work?

By placing a pre-order, you reserve the new luxury edition before it is officially in stock. This guarantees you a copy from the first limited production run. As soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse, your order will be the first to be shipped.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

The expected shipping date is clearly stated on the product page of the luxury edition. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service to do so.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your location.

How long does delivery take?

For products currently in stock, the following typically applies:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1-5 business days.
• Europe: 3-7 business days.
• Worldwide: 10-15 business days.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Not completely satisfied? You can return your unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note: personalized items or books that have been written in cannot be returned.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We are very sorry to hear that! Please send a photo of the damage and your order number to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will immediately provide a suitable solution or a replacement copy.
